1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can easily cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of successful placement.
• If the order has not been packed or dispatched, full refunds will be initiated immediately.
• You can cancel the order directly from your account dashboard or by contacting support.

2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partners, cancellation is no longer possible.

• Shipped or in-transit orders cannot be canceled.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

3 Cancellations by ZYLENTRA TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED

We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances. In such cases, you will be fully refunded and notified immediately via email.

• The ordered product is suddenly out of stock or unavailable.
• There are inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or information.
• Our fraud detection system identifies a potentially fraudulent transaction.
• Delivery is not possible to your selected pin code.

4 Refund Process for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
• Store Credit: If you prefer, we can instantly issue store credit to your account for future purchases.

5 How to Request a Cancellation

• Option 1 (Fastest): Log in to your account on YOUR-DOMAIN.COM, go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Cancel".
• Option 2: Email our support team immediately at business@YOUR-DOMAIN.COM with your Order ID and cancellation request.
